Weather Policy

The weather in Florida can change very quickly, especially in the summer. We watch the radar closely each day and if storms are expected during your cruise we will contact you to try and either bump up or delay your departure whenever possible. If your travel plans are not flexible and you cannot make the updated departure time you can either reschedule your cruise, or cancel without penalty. Furthermore, if you have paid in full online you will be refunded the total fare.

We will do our best to notify you within 24hrs of having to do so (if the forecast allows).  If scattered showers are forecast to pass quickly; we may elect to continue the cruise as the boat is equipped with a Bimini top to keep guests dry. If we need to cut your tour short due to weather we will prorate your time and refund or charge you accordingly
